Job Description
• Design, develop, and upgrade information systems to suit business and user requirements.
• Define and organize the execution of testing processes, and produce test cases to support the entire quality assurance process by writing and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and architecture design.
• Creating technical documentation for both new and current applications
• Create and implement maintenance routines, track system health, compile data, and handle reported issues and alarms.
• Creating cost-benefit analyses for all proposed... improvements

The Successful Applicant
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, QA Analyst, System Architect, Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer is required.
• Background in RDBMS or NoSQL database design
• Working knowledge of a wide range of programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, and Java preferred) as well as Restful API design patterns.
• Knowledge of IT Operations (ITIL preferred)
• Experience with Agile software development using JIRA
