A leading company that develops a communication platform to improve customer experiences through digital channel support services is looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for product positioning, messaging, launches, and events.
• Apply domain expertise and writing skills to the creation of sales enablement tools including case studies, product collateral, sales decks, battle cards etc.
• Create content to drive awareness, thought leadership, demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
• Research and understand the positioning of our competitors and learn their strengths and weaknesses and prepare competitive content for sales and channels.

What would make you a great fit?
• At least 4 years of product marketing experience in SaaS product marketing roles – must.
• Native English speaker with excellent writing skills.
• Market Knowledge: Segmentation, user and buyer personas, purchase motivators, competitive.
•... Experience with global customers.
• Experience in CX, customer service, digital transformation - an advantage.
