Job Description

What you will be doing:
• Assist in overseeing room reservations operations and ensure all correspondences are promptly and efficiently handled within the standard response time.
• Creates rate codes and package codes and handle major groups and conventions.
• Assist in conducting reservations team briefing, develop, implement and maintain a departmental orientation program for newly hired Heartists.

Work Experience
• Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
• Effective leadership, communication, guest relation, negotiation and selling skills.
• Keen attention to details and amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
• Background in using Opera, Online Travel Agencies extranets and ResaWeb is an advantage.
