About the project, As a member of the Information Security Office you will support in setting up, operating, and optimizing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001. The focus of the position is SAP Security. We have new projects ahead and our main goals are to determining the direction for the security department, auditing current solutions and preparing improvements where needed. However, it is up to you which responsibilities you will engage in and in which projects you will decide to develop., , Within the B. Braun Group, the “Chief Information Security Officer” is looking for a new member in the “IT & Cyber Security” team in the IT Shared Service Center in Poland (Poznań or Nowy Tomyśl). At the moment, the team consists of 15 people from Poland, Germany, USA, Columbia, and Malaysia , most of whom are mids and seniors. Ultimately, we want to expand the team to 30 people.

Your responsibilities, Define, implement... maintain, and control security measures and processes for the SAP landscape (technologies and applications)., Analyze authorization requirements and close cooperation with key users., Define, implement, and document processes for the assignment and administration of roles and authorizations., Investigate and follow up on information security incidents and coordinate security incident response., Support and monitor patch and vulnerability management, and perform vulnerability scans., Create and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures, especially for the area of SAP., Represent information security in IT projects, and manage information security projects., Manage/support risk assessments and security audits.

Job experience: 3-4 years in Information Security and/or IT Security, Proven background and extensive knowledge of SAP solutions (especially SAP NetWeaver Platform, S/4 HANA, SAP GRC, SAP Cloud Platform), SAP security (technologies and applications), and SAP authorization management. This includes representation of Information Security in IT projects and managing Information Security projects,, Experience in analysis of authorization requirements, cooperation with key users, and the definition, implementation, and documentation of processes for the assignment and administration of roles and authorizations,, Experience in the investigation and follow up on Information Security incidents, and coordination of security incident response., Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)
