The Cybersecurity Competency Center is a team of certified specialists responsible for providing comprehensive support regarding security assessment, designing, implementation of solutions, verification, monitoring and incident response.

Currently, we are looking for the Resource Manager to join our Cybersecurity Competency Center. In this position, you will take care of our employees in terms of HR, manage the development of our teams, and work closely with the Recruitment Department.

Your role
• Manage and take care of a team
• Allocate specialists to reported project requests
• Cooperate with local recruitment departments and sales departments on recruitment processes, including reporting needs and coordinating the entire process
• Proactively search for opportunities to engage workers in projects
• Take care of the proper utilization level of the team
• Manage the remuneration of subordinate employees
• Handle the appropriate... level of costs, control budget execution and salary grid
• Take care of employees' satisfaction and their development – coordinate career paths, project changes, yearly evaluations, conduct regular meetings with team members
• Ensure a low attrition rate of subordinate employees
• Achieve set quarterly and yearly targets

Your skills
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the area of recruitment, administration or sales
• Ability to plan and organize own work and teamwork well
• Commitment and a positive attitude
• English at a communicative level
• Interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Empathy, assertiveness
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge in the IT area would be an advantage
