Role: Marketing Automation Manager Eloqua

Location: Office 25 mins south of Bristol, and also considering hiring in Barcelona

Hybrid/remote working set up: dependent on experience, could be 1-2 days a week in office if training needed. Can be remote if not.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join a global tech manufacturer as a Marketing Automation Manager. As the mastermind behind their lead generation, prospect nurturing, and customer conversion strategies, you'll work closely with a multi-national team across the EMEA region creating and managing a programme executing effective email marketing campaigns, programs, flows, and landing pages.

Youll be a creative problem-solver with a demonstrable record for driving results for programmes of type. You'll use your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights and recommendations to refine marketing automation strategies.

Key... Responsibilities Include
• Developing and executing marketing automation campaigns, engaging or retention programs, emails, landing pages, and flows that meet business goals
• Collaborating closely with other marketing teams to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and objectives
• Working closely with the CRM and CDP teams to create highly targeted prospect lists based on specific behaviours or audience specifics
• Conducting A/B testing strategies to optimise email campaigns, landing pages, and other automation initiatives
• Collaborating closely with the content marketing team to create compelling marketing materials for different customer journey stages and nurture flows
• Providing detailed reports on marketing automation campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Monitoring and analysing website visitor behaviour to identify specific opportunities for improving conversion rates
• Ensuring strict compliance with GDPR while executing email marketing campaigns and collecting data
• Researching and working with external vendors or agencies as needed
• Continuously exploring and identifying new opportunities to improve marketing automation strategies and tactics

To Excel In This Role, You'll
• Be experienced with Salesforce Pardot, and specifically the development and execution of automation strategies and workflows
• Need to be a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Have experience managing marketing automation resources and collaborating with external vendors or agencies as necessary.
• Competent with building and analysing customer journeys, leveraging data insight to create compelling customer oriented communications
• Be up-to-date with the latest marketing automation technologies, best practices, and trends and apply them to the company's marketing automation initiatives.
