About the role

Your main responsibilities:
• Development and follow-up of strategic plans to achieve long-term vision and goals
• Planning and support to management based on e.g. market... environment and competitor analyses
• Data collection, analysis, production of presentation material and reporting to the CEO, board, owners and management team
• M&A activities, identification and development of new business opportunities (e.g. new geographies); sourcing, analyses, project management, coordination, etc

About you

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, as well as approx. 5-10 years of professional experience from management consulting and/or business strategy. You need to have very good analytical skills, experience from both strategic and operational work and be a skilled project manager.

As a person, you are structured, results-oriented and have great drive. You possess the ability to think creatively and frame and structure complex problems. Furthermore, you need to have outstanding communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

You have a commercial focus with a proven track record in change management. An important skill is the ability to create long-term relationships, which you do in a professional and humble way with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Previous financial industry experience is an advantage, but not a necessity.
