We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst who is well-versed in bank processes and has a basic understanding of automated test processes. As part of the Testing Product Team, you will be responsible for identifying critical business processes for automated regression testing by working closely with business experts from different domains.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Deep experience with complex E2E business processes in the different fields of a bank such as trading,
client advisory, onboarding, etc.
- You should also have at least 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering
in a Banking environment, and an additional 5+ years of experience in Testing at the System and User Acceptance Test... level.
- Experience in working in agile environments is also required.
- You must hold a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and a SAFe Certification.
- Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in German is a strong plus.

In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess soft skills like being a team player, strong collaborator, and having the ability to take ownership and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. You should be able to understand business experts by asking relevant questions and have effective and efficient communication skills. Being highly structured, solution-oriented, action-oriented, and having planning skills to implement and deliver are also important.
