The SAP HR team is part of a global SAP team with team members located in different countries and continents.

The team consist of the team leader and an inhouse consultant who are managing the external support teams as well as the external consultants and development team.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:
✓ Support end-user with your strong functional, operational knowledge
✓ Help define and test solutions in support of prioritized business initiatives across the SuccessFactors systems
✓ Review system configurations to develop a deep understanding of the systems solution that supports the corresponding business processes.
✓ Troubleshoot and triage problem reports, resolve, and escalate as required
