You'll do:

- Assist with improving an internal Knowledge Management platform used by US-based financial advisors and support professionals

- Understand product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the content platform to help the team execute on key... deliverables

- Familiarize yourself with content standards and tools across the internal content generation and end-user communities

- Become acquainted with the role of different stakeholders (internal team, authors, and end users) influencing product development and be able to understand cross squad dependencies

- Assist PO in monitoring inquiries and issues regarding the product and liaise with the support team and the development team to track status and timely resolution

- Support an Agile squad delivering enhanced capabilities to Knowledge Management content owners and end users

- Become familiar with priorities and the scope of work required to execute on key deliverables

- Understand the various Agile ceremonies and processes (i.e., backlog grooming / planning, requirements gathering, daily stand up, etc.)

- Assist with squad reporting, helps identify risks impacting delivery and timelines, and escalates to PO when necessary

- Help develop business requirements that drive the strategic improvement of Content Management and reporting applications

- Learn the 3DR / AEM platform to help develop business and technical use cases and assist with JIRA creation for each sprint

- Be able to develop UX mockups for new features and enhancements

- Be able to interact comfortably with technical and non-technical folks

- Identify and raise open questions / clarifications to ensure requirements are understood by all parties within the squad

You have:

- A passion for creating an outstanding User Experience for both Content Owners/Authors and End users

- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a business setting

- Proven ability to analyse data for insights to make strategic business decisions

- Well-developed, relentless, but good-natured project management skills

- Intermediate to high-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel

- A diligent commitment to meeting and beating goals and deadlines

- Ability to work in close collaboration with a diverse global team

- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Intrinsic motivation (self-starter)

You might also have: (nice to have skills)

- 5+ years relevant technical experience

- Financial Services Industry experience

- Website and content management experience

- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies

- Familiarity with using the JIRA tool

- Search engine experience

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics

The team’s responsibility is to support Wealth Managements strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets. The team in Budapest works closely with the New York office. This position is within the Wealth Management Knowledge Management team, part of the Wealth Management Analytics & Data Organization at Morgan Stanley. The team is responsible for driving the knowledge operating model including but not limited to: creation, management, workflow, retention, and disposition of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s intellectual content.
