Current capabilities include a module to position New York Life and the agent, a detailed fact finder / discovery process, and a life layer solution.The early field results and feedback on GuideMe have been very positive. GuideMe reduces case design steps and training needs, keeps appointments on track, and helps build agent confidence by providing guardrails for a conversational appointment flow. We're seeing early evidence that agents who use GuideMe are more effective as a result.We have ambitious plans for GuideMe in 2022 and beyond. Next up is the first version of an accumulation-focused module to GuideMe. And, we have a robust roadmap for the future, including experiences that cover an expanded number of New York Life products (in both protection and accumulation) and cater to a wider range of increasingly sophisticated agent practices.The New York Life product suite is already a critical component of delivering the GuideMe experience to consumers. The importance and sophistication of the role NYL products play in GuideMe is only going to increase as the platform scales. We're looking to add a Digital Analyst (PF4) to the team to understand the needs of Agency management and collaborate with the team on our efforts for tracking progress towards business objectives, delivering insights on usage, clickpath, adoption, business impact, etc.Major Responsibilities:A proven track record of problem solving based on data driven analytics and product analytics.Focused on analyzing and interpreting data in line with the business goals. Effectively serves as the bridge between data and business insights.Provide structural recommendations and oversight of future data models.Help drive the GuideMe product strategy by designing data models and ensuring they are extensive to support business questions.Ensure that business requirements are translated into warehouses as requested in the form of new data flow.Ensure data model optimization, standardize templates and implement metadata, Business Glossary and Data Lineage.Provide timely information to support senior leadership in decision making.Leverage emerging technologies and use analysis to connect people data to business performance data to generate and uncover relevant, actionable insights.Conduct research into data issues and reports as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science/IT or related field preferred5-7 years of relevant experience5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing analytics, and/or eCommerce analytics with experience in financial service industry (Life insurance products and business knowledge preferred)3+ years' experience Data visualization tools, Data Management tools, Cloud Data Architecture, SQL, Python, or R, SAS or similar3+ years of experience with Big data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Impala, Spark, etc.) is preferredExperience working with Salesforce, Omniture/Adobe Digital Marketing Suite, Google Analytics or similar SQL, Data visualization tools, Data Management tools, Cloud Data Architecture, Web Analytics Tools (e.g.,.
