Accountability/Responsibility Validation of shock absorbers for the automotive industry (Commercial Vehicles) according to cost-related, functional, and production-related criteria based on Customers and ZF requirements/standards. Evaluation and analysis of the testing specifications, selection of the testing methodology... and testing bench/equipment, perform the tests and report the results. Creation of the testing documentation: validation plans, testing instructions and reports. Coordination of the maintenance of the test benches/equipment. Definition of the tooling required for the tests. Support technically the external and internal Customers and Suppliers. Achieve the targets of cost, quality, and timeline during the developing of the new products. Requirements: Academic degree in Mechanical Engineering Good knowledge in MS Office Good communication skills in English, additional Portuguese skills are desirable Knowledge of mechanical testing and design, preferred in automotive components. Knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF ** and APQP Teamworking, interpersonal, creativity and problem-solving skills Experience in automotive industry is desirable
