• Establish sales goals, create programs and manage sales operations in assigned territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth.
• Any graduated, Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
• Stable work history with minimum of 3 years with a successful sales track record (Insurance and banking sales is a plus).
• Strong Communication and presentation skills in English & Local Language.
