Are you an FM Procurement expert looking for an exciting opportunity to join a global multinational and support a key project in the North of Sweden? This leading global professional services organization is looking for someone like you to support one of their clients in driving exceptional value to their Facilities Management Procurement category in Luleå. You will have a very hands-on role to deploy a new procurement strategy, review and consolidate an extensive supplier portfolio and implement a new procurement methodology to be rolled out across the organization. You will have an extensive support network at your disposal to deliver this change management program over the... next 18 months at which point you will have the opportunity to take on new projects within the organization.

As the FM Procurement Manager you will:-
• Utilise your subject matter expertise of Facilities Management procurement to completely re-design the businesses FM strategy to deliver cost and value optimization
• Manage communication with an extensive stakeholder base in a matrix-structured organisation
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on all matters related to facilities services
• Lead a complete review of the FM Supplier portfolio

The FM Procurement Manager should have:-
• A clear track record in leading a facilities management spend portfolio
• Subject matter expert in procurement & strategic sourcing of FM goods and services
• Experience in working within a multinational business with a complex matrix structure
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Fluent English speaker; Dutch is also highly desirable
