UNITED CONTAINER CORPORATION is a multi-facility plant that manufactures packaging materials such as Corrugated boxes, Plastic containers and Metal Containers. We provides diversified and innovative packaging products to meet our customer requirements and have been in operation since 1979.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee the daily operational activities of the Corrugated box Manufacturing plant situated in Kaybiga, Caloocan. The position reports directly to the Company President.

The applicant must have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in packaging manufacturing of corrugated boxes
• Managerial experience in corrugated box operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to ISO Quality System is an advantage

The main responsibilities are as follows:
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet internal volume, cost and quality goals.
• Able to... utilize operational metrics to analyze productivity, identify issues and set performance targets to achieve production goals
• Implement plant safety, security inspections, auditing and training procedures to meet required regulations
• Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions.
