Job Description

Our client is is a major international interdisciplinary practice of architects, designers, engineers and urbanists working together to create outstanding 'places for people

Site-based Architect overseeing the Construction of new projects

Your work will be varied and you will be dealing with a wide variety of projects, both managing, and designing.

Responsible for the production of design solutions including drawings, schedules, technical submittals & other documentation required in an agreed time frame and will Liaise with the Client, Construction Team and other stakeholders as required to ensure a smooth handover of the design package to... the construction team.

Liaise with Client Design Team to bring clarity to the scope of deliverables.

Generate and Manage Document and Drawing output.

Generate and manage technical submittals and schedules.

Organize and Co-Ordinate constructability reviews with the Project Team.

Job requirements

Be on / eligible for the RIAI Register of Architects - with a minimum of 7 years'

Post Professional Practice Examination experience.

Applicants should have a passion for architectural design, have excellent

verbal and written communication skills, and enjoy working in motivated

team environments;

Have relevant cross sector experience in design development, detailing and

contract management experience;

A detailed working knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulation and

Building Control Legislation;

Have a strong understanding of GCCC contract procedures;

Have the ability to interface with Revit / BIM models.

Package

Salary €50k - €70k based on qualifications and experience, negotiable for the right candidates.

Annual performance-related bonus.
