• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood
• Develop content for sales presentations and other materials
• Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients

Skills
• Work experience in #RealEstate and proven track record of #propertyconsultant (Minimum 1 year)
• Ability to work with targets and commissions.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Possess a valid driving License
