The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has become available for an Industrial Engineer to join our team! The successful candidate would be responsible for managing productions daily activities, assisting with new process implementation and evaluate newly released engineering designs. We are hiring for both the day and afternoon shifts!

Responsibilities
• Production support with daily activities
• Review & implement newly release engineering designs
• Implementation of new tooling and projects
• Identify & solve problems and successfully implement solutions
• Ensure Production have adequate hand and power tools
• Create and modify SOP’s, PLIs and Work Instructions
• Train factory employees on new processes
• Liaise with key... business stakeholders

What We Like About You
• Degree qualified in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering required
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload which constantly changes
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SOPs, Work Instructions highly desired
• Intermediate/advanced level user in Microsoft Office suite
• Lean manufacturing methodology
• Continuous improvement experience and willing to be hands on
• Cycle time and process flow knowledge
