You have experience with business development, (key) account management and the commercial supervision of innovative projects. You take responsibility for the supervision of your team. This includes looking for projects and conducting development, performance and assessment interviews.

You are enterprising, responsible, analytical and a team player!
Business Manager within TSG Group
• Responsible for all sales and marketing activities.
• Build, maintain and expand both existing and new customers through acquisition.
• Identify the needs and wishes of the customer.
• Thinking along with the customer... about technical issues in the field of engineering, industrial automation, product development and/or tooling.
• Building, maintaining and expanding a relevant network, e.g. by attending events, network drinks and business fairs.
• Identifying trends in the market (i.e. product development, industry 4.0) and applying this adequately in the job.
• Prepare quotations, support the calculation team for new orders, and present this to the customer.
• Leading your own team of Mechanical Engineers, including by assisting in personal development and growth.
• Monitor the progress of projects and respond pro-actively to change.
• Cooperate with Recruitment for the recruitment of new colleagues.
