ABOUT THE COMPANY

Shoreline Natural Resources was incorporated on 10th December 2010. The company is a joint venture between Shoreline Power Company Limited, a Nigerian Company which has extensive interests in the power sector together with a strong network of relationships and Heritage Oil Shoreline Natural Resources (Nigeria) B.V, a subsidiary of Heritage Oil Limited, which has a strong technical expertise and operations in the upstream sector in Tanzania, Papua, Russia, and New Guinea.

JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising company workflows across departments.Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulationsIdentify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improvedDetermine ways... to cut costs and improve profitability.Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations.
