Responsibilities
• Lead a team to engage business users, project teams and external stakeholders on the development and implementation of ERP project
• Execute and manage project scope, timelines and budgets during the project cycle
• Define project risk as well as apply quality assurance procedures to review and ensure the quality level of project deliverables
• Effectively communicate with multiple business units to develop business and system requirements
• Provide and deliver efficient recommendations to the business users in support of their business needs
• Coordinate with external parties and negotiate with multiple vendors strategically to monitor and structure solutions and deliverables

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
• Preferably 10 years’ relevant experience in managing application and large-scale Oracle EBS or other first tier ERP implementation projects, of which 2 years should be at... supervisory level
• Experience in Oracle Financial, Purchase Order, Supplier Portal and / or Hyperion PL/SQL is an advantage
• Proficient in project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects and/or sub-teams simultaneously
• Certification for Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage
• Highly motivated team-player with good stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Remarks
• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Systems Analyst-ERP position
