Responsibilities
• Ensuring the timely response for services provided to our clients at or above targeted quality levels or Service Level Agreements
• Monitor and review client support response and improve communications and standards
• Maintain excellent communications with our client service requests and deliver continual high standards of service
• Ensure delegated tasks and duties are carried out in a proper and timely manner
• Follow up with clients to identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with Technical Services to identify areas of improvement for processes / policies / workflows
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a Tier2/3 IT helpdesk and support environment
• Minimum 2 years experience working in the SUPPORT team management role
• Good analytical skills with objective thinking and a strong willingness to initiate and drive changes across all levels
• Strong client service and detailed mind, assertive and result-oriented; able to follow through with tasks until completion independently
• Demonstrated strong presentation skills with a high degree of maturity and sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications are beneficial
