Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for overall warehouse and logistic operation of 3PL and ensuring both inflow and outflow of goods are managed effectively. 1. Liaise with the team on inventory indicators and initiatives day-to-day operation of supply chain and collaborate closely with 3PL to ensure no interruption of supply to IBO. 2. Provide support, coaching and guidance to ensure team member meet their KPI and adhere to company's goals and policies. 3. Managing the performance of 3PL and ensure agree KPIs are met as per the contractual terms 4. Involvement in inventory planning and replenishment to 3PL and ensure optimum stock level in the countries. 5. Responsible on overseeing the entire export arrangement and handle all the customs clearance related issues such as requirements, outgoing shipment approval, and documentations 6. Lead and develop process flow and actively involved in operational excellence initiative with vendor and cross functional department for better cost... management and improve efficiencies. 7. Perform analysis on supply chain planning, performance metrics, and identity improvements to meet key performance indicators
