QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIRED =
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling helpdesk, production/application support, IT monitoring or similar role.
• Familiar with monitoring system.
• Fast learner, good communication, good reporting to Superior/User.
• Can work in individual and team as well.
• Can work in minimum supervision and under pressure as well.
• Able to work shifting.
• Experience in system and application monitoring.
• Experience in handling helpdesk, production/application support, IT monitoring.
• Experience in banking/financial industry.

JOB DESK=
• Monitoring system and application to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in the area of system and application monitoring.
• Coordinate with Vendor and Internal IT to resolve issues.
• In some... conditions, escalate the issue to the next highest level management team .
• Create root cause analysis in case of incident and issue.
• Ensuring all SLAs defined are met
