Sales Manager (South East Europe)

ANTA EU IS AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY WITH OFFICES AND WAREHOUSES SINCE 1998 IN GEORGIA, TURKEY, UZBEKISTAN, AND BULGARIA;

Bulgarian office is responsible for: Southeast Europe Albania, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia;

The company’s core business is developing and global distribution of building materials, household products, home repairs, and equipment.

The most significant sales partners are retail chains, regional distributors, and construction companies.

The company operates on a total sales area of 70,000 m2, a warehouse area of 120,000 m2, and 50,000 products in various classifications, with more than 2,500 employees. We also work with more than 600 manufacturers from around the world.

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Business Development) to join our team and support us in our expansion and maximizing of the market potential;

In this role you will:

·... Provide market research

· Research companies and approach potential customers through cold calling/emailing, LinkedIn, network events, meeting etc.

· Expertly present ANTA EU and communicate our unique values propositions to industry decision-makers

· Build relationships with key account customers

· Prepare offers and sales generation, negotiation and managing our advertising campaigns negotiate terms and conditions

· Produce periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

· You proactively build and maintain professional and profitable relationships with our category managers, suppliers and Marketing team.

In this role we expect you to have:

· Proven track record of successful sales experience

Requirements:

· Excellent spoken and written English and Bulgarian

· another language is considered an advantage, preferably Russian/Turkish

· Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or business development

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Effective time management skills and attention to detail
