Grow your career as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst within Trisept Solutions, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you’ll serve as the lead for identity management and the IAM team. You’ll develop, implement, and monitor IAM policies and procedures for ALG and its subsidiary businesses and you’ll also provide operations support for identity management tools and technology.

A successful IAM Analyst ​will:
​​ Work with the Director of Operations to develop and implement the programs and processes as agreed to by IT leadership and security Work with various business leaders and application owners to define and establish access levels and methods for identity... administration Manage the tools, technology, and documentation needed to implement the defined access levels and methods Ensure that the implementation of the programs and procedures conforms to appropriate technical and organizational standards Design, implement, operate, review, and report on identity management orchestration and automation processes, workflows, and policies, including connectors for applications, databases, and other directories Be available to respond to incidents for identity management as assigned

A successful IAM Analyst will have:
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required At least 3 years of IT experience is required At least 2 years’ experience working with identity management solutions is preferred At least 2 years’ experience designing and working with highly available systems is preferred Excellent customer service skills are required. Must be able to deal effectively with a variety of customers with a keen focus on hospitality Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete work in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy Technical experience is preferred Proficiency with Active Directory and Exchange administration preferred Familiarity with SAML, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, or other federated identity management technologies preferred Familiarity with basic networking and IT infrastructure Education and Experience
