Legal Executive (Real estate/conveyancing)

Provide legal secretarial and administrative support to conveyancing team

Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, clients and Authorities relating to conveyancing transactions

Manage client appointments, monitor deadlines and billings.

Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgement/e-stamping

Maintain records of executed legal documents and agreements

Conduct property searches

Requirement

Min. O level or higher

2 to 3 years real estate/conveyancing experience or corporate support with law firm

On job training for professional development in conveyancing processes

Proficient in MS Office Suite application and document management system

9am to 6pm, medical and dental, variable bonus

Salary from $2,800 to $3,500/month.
