Job Title: General Manager – Boutique Hotel & Restaurant – Shropshire

Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus

Location: Shropshire

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this unique boutique hotel set in the stunning countryside of Shropshire. We are looking for a dynamic GM with a passion for Food & Beverage to join this fantastic venue. As General Manager you will oversee the hotel, F&B outlets and event space.

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Train and develop a growing team
• Oversee the operations throughout the estate

The successful candidate
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience working with events
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
