The General Manager Role:

- You must be a personal licence holder and be willing to become the DPS

- You’ll be a versatile General Manager who is focused on delivering amazing service

- You will be organised financially, commercially aware, and have a creative sales approach!

- Leadership of your team, including their development and really creating a strong people culture within your site that embodies the brand and instils the core values.

Essential Experience:

- 2+ Years Management Experience in a busy, late-night cocktail bar

- Food Hygiene Level 2 or Above

- Proven track record of increasing sales
