From onhunters we are looking for our customer Melia Hotels International SA , for the position of the GENERAL MANAGER for MELIÁ WHITE HOUSE (LONDON - UNITED KINGDOM)

HOTEL INFORMATION
• The capital of the United Kingdom combines both tradition and this is one of the most important properties of the brand
• At the junction of Marylebone Road and Regent’s Park, this striking 4-star city hotel was built back in 1935.
• The hotel has 581 rooms and 112 apartments. And restaurant and Bar .

What We Are Looking For

Providing direct support to the Operations Director in London,
• As General Manager, you will be responsible for the Operations of the Hotel and leading the team ( so operations is going to be your key work)
• Operation, coordination, management,
• Be a team leader to inspire the high performance of hotel teams
• Implementations of Procedures and policies of Meliá Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.

Requirements

Educational Background

University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).

International Experience Is Preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ( MUST HAVE) :
• At least 3 years of experience in a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a large hotel
• Your experience should be in a city style property.
• 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge is a must
• Functional knowledge of all department operations.
