Salary: up to £65K

Location: Yorkshire

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager for a Country Hotel & Golf Course in Yorkshire. As General Manager you will oversee the entire operations of the estate which is currently undergoing some major refurbishments. My client is looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who will create and develop a team. This is a great project with fantastic opportunities.

About the venue and company
• Country Hotel and Estate
• 2 restaurants and bar
• Refurbishment plans underway for a Spa
• New investment throughout the hotel

About the position
• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Help drive Sales & Marketing
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Train and develop a growing team
• Implement a 5* service strategy

The successful candidate
• At least 3 years hotel management experience
• Strong communication skills
• Customer focused with a big... personality
• A leader with an eye for detail
• A team player
• Creative and willing to bring fresh ideas to the table
