Responsible in managing the soft services related scope including cleaning, F&B services and mail room operation.

Assist the Account Manager in providing site facility management (soft services operation), HSE management, procurement & vendor management and Helpdesk management.
• Facility Management (Operation & Maintenance)
• To assist in the implementation of operation related standards and procedures related to soft services operation.
-To ensure that all cleaning operation, F&B services and mail room operation are as per standards with superior customer service management. Minimizing the risk of HSE related issues and interruption to site operation.-Manage the expectation of GMP, HACCP, FDWS & HSSE from client.-Review stock levels of the required inventory of consumables (cleaning, vending, etc.) on site.-Overall planning of manpower, schedule and services to related scope to ensure the quality services are provided.
