Maintenance Supervisor Headcount: 1 Job Description1.To assist the Facilities Manager with upkeep of school. 2.Assist Facilities Manager in other job sites if required. 3.To assist the Facilities Manager with liaison duties from local governmental agency visits. 4.Work with event setup helping with setups and responding to requests. 5.Receive and respond to requests and enter data into the work order system. 6.Self-perform basic maintenance tasks. 7.Proactively evaluate potential problems and respond appropriately. 8.Establish and complete routine inspections maintain purchase procedures for maintenance, cleaning supplies and equipment. 9.Coordination and supervision of outside contractors. 10.Work closely with campus security and on-site supervisor.

11.To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance works to ensure that continued problem free operation of equipment and facilities within the building.
All... defects should be reported to the line manager. 12.To carry out Reactive Maintenance works on Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Systems as instructed by the line manager.

13.To ensure that Housekeeping standards are maintained within the building and to carry out monthly removal of all unused materials.

It is the responsibility of the Sr Maintenance Supervisor to highlight to the Facilities Manager any areas where housekeeping is of a poor standard and to propose an alternative plan.
14.The Sr Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the execution of minor project works within the building. This should include items such as hanging pictures, putting up shelves, furniture repair etc
