Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

In-charge of Finance and Accounting Department. Responsible for timely and accurate

financial reports required by management and TMP. Manages the smooth flow of all finance

and accounting processes.

Job Description:
• Over all in-charge of Finance & Accounting Department (FAD)
• Reports directly to the Officer for Finance & Admin (OFA) and President
• Acts as Project Manager of DMS software
• Approves the following:

a. Payroll register/calculation

b. Aging reports (customers and suppliers)

c. Bank reconciliation

d. Cash reports

e. Cash position

f. Unreleased checks report

g. Petty cash summary

h. All invoices, APVs, DM/CM and journal entries
• Checks financial statements and TMP required reports
•... Closely monitors cash availability and suggests/recommends short-term or long- term investments
• Liaise with the bank involving LCs, credit facility and other bank related transactions
• Facilitates TTR budget preparation and deliberation
• Liaise with external auditors for
• Other duties to be instructed by OFA/Treasurer and President

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• With a minimum five (5) years related working experience
• With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an advantage
• Must be result driven and goal oriented
• With outstanding leadership skills
• With excellent interpersonal skills
• Must work effectively and efficiently under pressure
