Summary Main Responsibilities: - Overseeing activities such as the indoor and outdoor recreational and fitness activities, conducting teambuilding, Kids and Adults fitness activities around the Resort to enhance the experience of the guests - Work to a daily recreation and fitness schedule and to actively promote and encourage participation in activities & events around the Resort - Conduct PT classes and Group Training, Bootcamp, Flexibility Class, ABS Class, Aqua Exercises - Promote fitness and wellness membership, attend recreation sales activation - Ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development - Drive the team to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets through a creative approach to delivering alternative activities - Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and activities improvement - Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis - Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent... personalized service from all team members. - Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
