Job Description

1.For the existing ECC SAP system, processes, they are responsible across Asia Pacific:
A. Asia Pacific SAP Sr MM/P2P process consultant
B.Communicate with central Process delegates to understand the target process, and do the GAP-Analysis
between existing SAP and target process
C. Development of business processes in IT processes if gap can not be closed in a short term but need to close the
gap as much as possible
D. high performance and stable IT implementation/adaption of his processes
E. Future orientated implementation of processes/functions across the AA system landscape
F. Creation of IT Requirements and approval/support in creation of IT-concept
G. Performance of IT tests
H. Training of key users in new development
I. Ensures know-how level of rollout team

2. S/4 Rollout in Asia Pacific
A. Lead... consultant for P2P Process Area
B. FIT/-GAP-Analysis as a preparation prior to Roll-Out
C. Raise IT requirement to full-fill process gap
D. Drive to build global template for P2P area
E. Lead P2P team for the successful S/4 rollout in Asia Pacific

3. Communication
A. Reports and escalates topics to Program manager
B. Supports the Program with the coordination of related IT-activities (projects, IT-orders, etc)

4. Digital Knowledge
A. Define KPI and build reporting tools to measure Process performance and deviation in P2P Area
B. Bring ideas for automation and digitalization in day-today operation in Procurement and Purchase department.

Qualifications

1. Willing to take responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken
2. To win others over by setting an example and showing commitment to ideas, solutions and initiatives.
3. To take into account consequences and implications of actions/solutions for a wide range of organizational issues
and areas of business
4. SAP MM/P2P know-how for more than 5 years is mandatory.
5. SAP S/4 Hana Rollout experience - Carried out end-to-end rollout independently in P2P area
6. Project Management skill - Able to execute small scale projects as Project lead
7. Good communication skill with different teams.
8. Speak English fluently
9. Automotive aftermarket business experience is preferred.
10. Digital know-how and knows reporting tool like Power-Bi
