Join the wonderful Sales & Marketing Team for our Belmond, Caribbean properties in this amazing opportunity

This role is responsible for the positioning of the Belmond Caribbean products and portfolio of hotels and restaurants through a range of Marketing and Public Relations strategies. Additionally, this role comprises responsibilities in assisting the Belmond Caribbean products in building and executing social media and digital strategies through competitive research, messaging and audience identification, while ensuring compliance with the brand Belmond.

Main responsibilities:

Implement and execute the Marketing and PR Strategy plan in coordination with Belmond Headquarters and outsourced partners such as the designated PR Agency.

Act as a brand custodian for the hotels and Belmond brand and manage the preparation and implementation of new brand collateral for the properties.

Work with GMs, Belmond Divisional Marketing and Brand Director and Area Director of Sales & Marketing... in the propertys narrative, conceptualization and visual identity.

Writing and production of press releases and media pitch documents in coordination with the Divisional and Corporate PR Office.

Host media events, press trips and represents Belmond at key media and industry events in the region. When required and in coordination with Divisional and Corporate PR office and international media agencies.

Work with Operations teams to inspire and develop new incomparable and genuine experiences focusing on individual property positioning, new brand platform and experience manifesto.

Manage all day-to-day media relations activities in the region and nurtures long term relationships with international, national and local media as well as on line players, blogging community and marketing partners.

Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Marketing / PR Manager role

Bachelor's Degree

Luxury Hotel Experience preferred

Multi property experience is a plus

Fluent English (Spoken and Written) is a must

Must hold EU Passport or have local work authorization
