We are looking for an Outside Sales Engineer for Final Control Business Unit! ()

An integral part of the role is leading sales activities in Croatia and assigned area and achieving the agreed Sales, Bookings, Gross Profit and strategic targets for the agreed product lines and services in the sales territory.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Actively visit customers to p romote the sale of Emerson’s products and services & strategically negotiate, keeping in mind long term opportunities
• Manage and further develop Emerson’s market position with Final Control Portfolio... by understanding the customer’s business drivers & goals and keeping up to date with their situations
• Collaborate with distributors for Serbia and Slovenia
• Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product / value / period
• Report on quotation, sales plans & project potential by updating CRM On-demand
• Understand and work in team project form for more sophisticated requests
• Participate in relevant industry events

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• University degree in Engineering / Technical field
• Several years of relevant sales experience
• The ideal candidate has worked in a large matrix organization with applications in industrial automation environment; has a good knowledge of similar technical products (e.g. valves, actuators, regulators) and understands similar industries (e.g. oil & gas, power, life science)
• Proficient in English language
• Travel up to 30% (region and Europe)
