Workplace: Home office.

Summary of Role

Asset Management analyst for Heineken oversees, facilitates, and administers ITIL based service support and/or technical account management of Hardware Asset Management.

Main Responsibilities
• Receives Hardware Asset requests in ITSM tool
• Validating asset updates based on tickets and AssetTrack tool
• Register hardware records in CMDB
• Produces standard reports
• Support the HAM process within Unisys and the client

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Must Have Skills
• 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Asset & Configuration Mgmt.
• ITSM tool experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL V3 and V4 processes and principals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English Intermediate.

Nice to Have.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 foundation certification
