We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to undertake the following job responsibilities:
• Prepare and handle financial & business transactions
• Maintain & update financial corporate records
• Ensure the company receives payments for goods and services sold
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales) to ensure that the correct figures are collected in a timely manner
• Ensure the adequacy of the accounting system as the basis for reporting to management
• Evaluate alternative means of treating transactions
• Perform administrative tasks, such as make data entries in QuickBooks, prepare invoices, send bill reminders (through... Stripe and other Platforms)
• File paperwork
• Contact clients to confirm balance

Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Fluency in speaking and written English
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Analytical and problem-solving thinking
• Understanding of accounting software and programs
• (experience with QuickBooks will be strongly appreciated)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
