As the Product Manager for HMI Software, you are responsible for leading the strategy and defining new ways of interacting with machines as well as bringing customer-centered innovation to our Human Machine Interface portfolio.

Your responsibilities
• Matching our scalable HMI product portfolio with innovative software solutions to provide an outstanding customer experience
•... Managing HMI software solutions throughout their entire lifecycle
• Ensuring optimal positioning and presentation of our HMI software on the market together with our PC and panel technologies and solutions
• Providing active support and close cooperation with our international sales team at customer meetings and events
• Preparing market requirements for future investments based on market analysis and regular meetings with partners and customers
• Working in close cooperation with our R&D and marketing departments as well as your colleagues in product management to push for innovation and assure we continue to be market leaders

Your background
• Degree with a focus on technology or business administration and/or extensive business experience in a comparable area.
• Solid technical background and competence in industrial automation systems with a focus on HMI software
• Knowledge of the design principles of Human Machine Interaction
• Experience in embedded UI frameworks and general UI technology
• Strategic thinking and persistence
• Ability to work across all company departments with a focus on Sales and R&D units
• Professional marketing skills for securing an efficient marketing mix
• Excellent leadership, social and communication skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are an added advantage
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time
