⇒ Summary of Role

● We are looking for someone enthusiastic and ambitious to join our talented Professional Services team.

● As a key member of the team you would be working with our team of Professional Services Consultants to deliver the projects for the customers.

● You will work closely with customers and internal team to deliver the projects in a timely manner in order to optimize our revenue.

● Duties will cover all aspects Project Management, as well as support to the Professional Services team.

⇒ Responsibilities

● Managing assembled project teams, coordinating staff and internal resources.

● Ensuring the project objectives in relation to cost, time and quality are achieved.

● Setting and managing customer’s expectations, develop detail project plan, defining the scope of the project and managing the assignment of tasks to project team members.

● Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.

● Maintaining lines of communication for updates and feedback with... stakeholders and customers; provide timely update on project status to stakeholders and customers.

● Managing Projects in accordance with company’s internal guidelines ensuring it addresses the objectives of the business.

● Liaise closely and collaboratively with functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of projects. Particularly, coordinating with internal cross functional teams in order to maximize efficiency and ensure Projects outcomes meets the objectives.

● Acquiring and implementing knowledge about the business policies &practices, business intelligence tools, interact with contracts, finance, booking and other lines of business.

● Generate dashboard and scorecards for the team for review.

● Stakeholder management with the leadership support and help business track KPI’s/Focus areas for the year.

● Develop KPI’s and conduct analysis to provide early alert to the business of all significant emerging variances and risks. Develop and execute mitigation plans to counter variances and risks.

● Coordinating and negotiating input from partners and oversees subcontractors.

● Developing customer relationships by ensuring products and services delivered exceed where possible, customer expectations.

● Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

● Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned time frames.

● Implement governance standards, including tracking, monitoring and track status of project team and program deliverables.

● Assess and understand end-to-end process for better efficiencies and effectiveness and establish best practices.

● Reporting and tracking of projects, staffing, financials, SLAs, forecasting and other key business metrics in business plan versus actual.

● Manage risks, changes and impact analysis and identify key areas of improvement.

● End to end project deliverables & documentation, project control & success and handover to Operations.

⇒ Qualifications & Experience

● Degree qualified in computer science, information technology, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline.

● At least 5 years Project Management experience.

● Experience in Cyber Security or related field.

● ITIL/PMP Certification or ability to secure certification.

● Proven and effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

● The confidence and maturity of judgement to represent the company at senior levels with customer organizations both nationally and internationally.

● Exceptional written communication skills including authoring content and editing.

● Strong internal stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

● Strong customer focus and external relationship management.

● Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions.

● Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and new products.

● Experience in managing projects across geographies and time zones.

● Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment and able to handle multiple priorities.

● Able to communicate effectively in English.

● Business and customer oriented mindset is a must.

● Proactive and “Can Do” attitude is required to be successful in the position.

● Excellent negotiation skills.

● Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills required.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Very good reporting and Data analysis skills (Excel expertise is a must, SFDC reporting expertise is a plus).

● Basic financial understanding (margin, costing, pricing, etc.).

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities is essential.

● Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT integrations challenges.

● Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Data Protection products (e.g. HSM, Authentication, Encryption solution, Payment HSM’s, Mobile Security), smart cards, typical network technologies, IT Security, encryption, PKI, strong authentication, enterprise IT.

● Overall solution knowledge from Software/Server/application, from project set-up to production deployment.

● Master our offer use cases and eco-system, understand integration and validation activity.

● Results-oriented, ability to work in autonomy, use own initiative, and willing to work in a dynamic structure.
