Mitec Medical is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Costumer Services Representative to support our Jamaica Sales team and help our office to run smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist the Administrative Coordinator and get involve with the Sales Team in diverse projects. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary: Performs general Costumer Services duties. Support front office functions. This included greeting walk-in visitors, providing assistance and support for external customers. Anwser a multi-line phone system. Managing office inventory. Receive shipments and prepare deliveries. Support the Sales Team, delivering the products... to the costumers.

Job Responsibilities:
• Interact proactively with customers who call or visit our office.
• Assist costumer, visitors or Sales Representatives handling products in/out of the office.
• Support the Administrative Coordinator and the Sales representatives during the periodic cycle counts and monthly inventory at the office and for outside locations. Identify discrepancies and report physical inventory counts to Administrative Coordinator.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Interact with delivery carrier employees.
• Support the Administrative Coordinator during the process of destruction of expired products.
• Keep the inventory organize.
• Perform miscellaneous material handling activities which may include receiving, organizing, repackaging and consolidation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Support the Sales Team delivering products to costumer following the safety protocols.
• Assist the logistical and organization of corporate events.
• Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned to facilitate effectively in the operations at the organization.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or Associated Degree in Medical Sciences or Sciences and Technology.

· Costumer Services /sales experience.

· Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications and Excel
• Willingness to learn new tasks, deal with challenges and to adapt to change,
• Ability to work remotely, when needed
