The main role of the Senior Pre Sales Solution Architect is to provide technical presales support to the sales team by evaluating customer requirements designing functional audio visual and digital signage systems produce the corresponding equipment lists system diagrams and cost analysis The role will also consult and support the projects team when needed in the implementation phase of projects for project engineering installation and configuration type 1 Analyze inbound customer requirements to vet and understand client needs Communicate and consult with customers through in person and online meetings to fully understand their needs and requirement to offer the best solution Engineer audio visual and digital signage solutions to support the proposal process including the bill of material manpower and logistical requirements Develop engineering and architectural drawings to determine power load calculations acoustical requirements and weight calculations Review floor plans RCP plans... MEP plans and design documentation Assist with technical design and pricing of any substructure needed Provide collaboration efforts with customer and internal teams for troubleshooting needs Provide estimation of hours for project materials labor and management during the lifecycle of a project Develop functional system diagrams and block diagrams in a simplified clean manner Provide on-site engineering assistance when needed Assist project manager in project sign offs as needed Design floor box wall plates and overlaysMeet with distributors manufacturers and software providers to evaluate new product offerings create partnerships and coordinate training efforts Design new company offerings solutions through in-house research testing and development efforts Assist in the continuous growth and development of the audio-visual division by interviewing and assess potential candidates to join the audio-visual team Develop internal processes to better develop and streamline the audio-visual division Attend industry trade shows Effective communication skills with the proven ability to interact with colleagues and clients in a professional manner.The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.Effective problem-solving skills.Professional business writing skills in English.Proficient with calibration and testing tools.Employ the working knowledge and capability to program/configure and/or troubleshoot Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, Shure, Dante, and other professional audio video components.Capability to diagnose complex audio video system problemsExcellent computer skills as required for the designing of state-of-the-art audio visual systems.Excellent computer skills for Microsoft Excel.Valid driver’s license in the respective country of role
