Job Description

Job Responsibilities
• Inhouse system/software package (exclude general off-the-shelf software) admin/support, e.g.
• account maintenance
• system administration
• Handle 1st layer inhouse system support/trouble shooting and can communicate clearly with 2nd layer support
• Provide 2nd layer support in some systems
• Handle daily system maintenance, e.g.
• ensure system with daily database backup
• ensure scheduled job running smoothly
• Assist in audit preparation related to systems
• Assist IT Manager in system... development
• Work closely with IT teams worldwide in implementing global and regional initiatives

Job Requirements
• Diploma in Computer Science and IT related field
• 3-5 years of working experience in related fields
• Have interest in inhouse web system development
• Advantageous if have system development experience (both backend/frontend)
• Backend include SQL/database design
• Frontend include programming according to system design
• Proactive, team player, with problem solving skills
• Work independently and can communicate well with end users
