What You Will Learn And Contribute To

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:
• Delivering Mobile core network voice/data solution, including service delivery solution preparation in network changes execution, integration, acceptance testing, software upgrade, service migration and daily maintenance.
• Act as the point of contact for IMS operation and maintenance supporting and coaching other team members.
• Monitor and manage Operations progress, reporting to management with progress and issues.
• Lead the technical workshop with customer, including planning team and operations team.
• Generate and share KPIs for the IMS system, troubleshoot and fix all issues causing KPI degradation
Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Your Skills And Experience

You have:
• 5+ years’ experience in telecom equipment vendor hands-on, experience in IMS operations and maintenance
• University degree in Telecommunication engineering or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Core Network system including IMS, CS and PS. Thorough knowledge of VoLTE service, interfaces, protocols, etc.

It would be nice if you also had:
• Strong sense of integrity, responsibility and initiative.
• Self-organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
• Customer focused and ready to support whenever required.
