We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Junior SAP BRIM Consultant to become part of our team. Within this role, you will be providing day-to-day support to our client's business units, but also actively participate in solution improvement.

Responsibilities
• Day-to-day O2C support towards business:
• Payment processes
• Dunning & Collection
• Month-end closing activities
• Managing general inquiries (through support chats)
• Incident & task management
• Support with testing, technical documentation

Requirements
• Good understanding of FI-CA / CI customizing
• Good understanding of SAP ChaRM (Solution Manager/Solution Documentation)
• Has previously worked as:
• BRIM Key-user / Analyst
• BRIM Consultant (1-3 years)

Nice to have
• Working experience with JIRA
• Working experience with ServiceNow
• Working experience with Confluence
