Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.

Prepare candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions, and expectation.

Interact with clients/Manager and understand the requirements.

Schedule & Coordinate the interview between Candidate and Client.
Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as Position Status, interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

Sound communication skills to deal with the candidates & Good at client interaction.

Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
