We are recruiting Team Lead Data Product Development for a Swiss MNC based in Pune

Responsibility

Ø The candidate must have a comprehensive/solid background in finance and/or data product development coupled with a strong passion for guiding and developing a team of Data Product Developers

Ø leading and developing a team of Data Product Developers

Ø Responsible for delivering Business Intelligence front-end solutions at the global level that are customer-centric and enable impactful decision-making.

Ø people development in terms of career paths, skills, and working methods

Ø interact with business counterparts and take over full responsibility for the data product development process

Must have

Candidates need to have SAP Analytic Cloud and SAP Business Warehouse understanding and query building, no programming languages like JAVA or Python.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in finance, information management, or a related field

• Track record in leading technical teams in a... multinational environment

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Product Developer, Finance business partner or Business Analyst with experience in SAP Analytics Cloud. Knowledge of back-end query design would be a plus.

• Proven business acumen and customer focus, ensuring value-adding solutions in a highly dynamic environment

• Excellent intercultural sensitivity, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders to build bonds, inspire and influence others to accomplish goals

• Strong analytical capabilities, self-responsibility, and customer orientation coupled with a hands-on mentality and proactive work style
