YomYom is evolving to become the logistics marketplace leader in the country. We are looking for a CTO/Co-Founder to champion this mission.

What You Will Be Doing:

Responsible for leading the implementation of organizational tech goals and objectives.

Responsible for hiring and onboarding team members.

Analyzing data daily to answer strategic and operational questions posed by the business

Identifying important variables and focus areas in the business

Daily delivery Operations Metrics Management:

Regularly review and analyze key metrics in delivery operations to identify root causes and formulate solutions to improve performance

Improve the operations daily reporting tools and dashboard

Requirements

Relevant qualification in computer software, data analysis etc.

You have a very good... attitude and an admirable character

You aren't afraid to take initiative, voice your ideas, and help us get the information and results we need

Great people management skills - Can coach, mentor and grow a Tech and customer service teams

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Enjoy working in a startup environment

Ability to work both independently and as a trusted teammate in a dynamic environment

Results oriented with strong attention to detail
